It is a tasty sesame seeds dip. Its taste is quite interesting.

Ingredients:
Curd: 2 cups (hung for ½ an hour)
White Sesame seeds (Til): 4 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 3 tbsp
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Garlic: 1-2 cloves
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Roast til on tawa for few seconds. Let it cool.
2. Grind til and garlic to a smooth paste. Take out in a bowl.
3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and hung curd.
4. Whisk till smooth.
5. Refrigerate until it is ready to use.
Tips:
1. Do not roast the til for longer otherwise a bitter taste will come.
2. If you are unable to grind til and garlic then add some curd and grind again.
