Baharat Powder

This powder is used in making falafels. It enhances falafel’s taste.

Let us start cooking!!!

Ingredients:
Dried red chilly flakes: 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Clove: 3-4
Nutmeg (Jaiphal): 1 tsp
Whole Black pepper: 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
Cinnamon (dalchini): 1 tsp
Cardamoms (Green Elaichi): 3-4
Dried ginger powder (saunth): 1 tsp

Method:
1. Take a kadai and put all the ingredients in it. Dry roast the ingredients on a slow flame until they release a pleasant aroma.
2. Let it cool.
3. Grind in a mixer.
4. Store in an air-tight container.
