Leftover Kache Kele ki Sabji ka Besan step by step instructions:
Kache kele ki sabji is one among the simplest recipe to make. It’s a perfect “Jain” recipe. I love this veggie a lot. It’s a rare chance that this veggie is left. I had a fourth cup of this veggie left and decided to make besan from this veggie, which is equivalently tasty.If you don't have this sabji left; no worries! Ingredients:
Leftover Kache kele ki sabji: ¼ cup
Besan (gram flour): 2 tbsp
Red chili powder: ¼ tsp or as required
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat a kadai and put the veggie in the kadai. Let it simmer.
2. Add 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix well. There will be a few lumps in the beginning but they will go off. Add salt and red chili powder. Mix well.
3. Cover it and let cook until the gravy is dried off completely. Keep scraping the bottom of the kadai regularly.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, paratha etc.
5. Yummy “Leftover Kache Kele ka Besan” is ready!
Tips:
1. Keep stirring the besan regularly so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
2. The quantity of besan can be adjusted as per the content of liquid in the sabji.
