Aloo Chana Katori Chaat

Aloo Chana Katori Chaat step by step instructions:

There are numerous ways of preparing chaat and I bet all will be super yummy. Today I will be showing you a very simple recipe of chaat. We need to prepare the potato bowls (recipe here) in advance and then prepare a chaat from it.

Ingredients:
Potato bowls: 13-14
Kala chana (black chickpea): 2 tbsp (soaked in water for 8-10 hours and boiled)
Tomato: 1 small (finely chopped)
Onion: 1 small (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Pomegranate: 2 tbsp pearls
Sev: 2 tbsp
Green chutney: 1-2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney: 1-2 tbsp
Chaat masala as per taste
Red chili powder as per taste
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Arrange the potato bowls on a plate.
2. Put kala chana, tomato, onion, green chutney, tamarind chutney, sev, and coriander leaves in each bowl.






3. Sprinkle some salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala all over.
4. Garnish with sev and pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.




5. Delicious “Aloo Chana Katori Chaat” is ready!


Tips:
1. While boiling the chana always add some salt.
2. Don’t prepare the chaat in advance otherwise, the bowls will get soggy.
3. Curd can be added as per one’s choice.
