Monaco Bites

Monaco Bites step by step instructions:

If you are bored of eating the plain biscuits with your evening tea then this recipe is a must try.

It will take just 10 minutes of yours, yes, by the time your tea gets done, these lovely Monaco bites are also done.


Let us start cooking!!!

Ingredients:
Monaco biscuits: 8-9
Tomato: 1 small (deseeded and thinly sliced)
Capsicum: 1 tbsp finely chopped pieces
Processed Cheese: 1 cube (cut into small chunks)
Red chili powder: ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves: 8-9 small leaves

Method:


1. Put the biscuits on the plate.


2. Put the tomato slices over it.


3. Put capsicum pieces over each biscuit.



4. Put the cheese chunks on each of them.


5. Heat a tawa. It should be moderately hot.
6. Keep all the biscuits on it.


7. Cover it. (I covered mine with the lid of my idli cooker :) )


8. Let the biscuits get crisp and cheese melts a bit on slow flame.
9. Sprinkle red chili powder on all of them.


10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with a cup of hot tea.
11. Monaco bites are ready!


Tips:
1. If the tomato slices are bigger than the biscuit then cut the slice and put it on the biscuits.
2. Make sure the tawa is not too hot else the biscuits might get burnt.
