Japanese Cucumber Salad

Japanese Cucumber Salad step by step instructions:

Salads are always refreshing and sometimes good enough for meals or small hunger pangs. Japanese cucumber salad is a very simple and tasty salad. You will be surprised by its taste and the time it requires for being ready.
The salad dressing can always be changed as per one’s taste and need.


Let us start cooking!!!

Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1 big
White vinegar: 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar: ½ tbsp.
Salt: ¼ tbsp. or as per taste

Method:
1. Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.




2. With the help of a peeler, peel thin slices of the cucumber.



3. Keep them on a tissue paper to soak the extra water content of cucumber.



4. Keep the sliced cucumbers in a bowl.



5. Roast the sesame seeds.
6. In a small mix salt, sugar, and white vinegar. Let the sugar dissolve.





7. Pour this mixture over the cucumber. Add the sesame seeds. Give a gentle toss.


8. Serve immediately.
9. Delicious and healthy “Japanese Cucumber Salad” is ready!


Tips:
1. You can try making the salad with different kinds of vinegar.
2. Lemon juice and soy sauce can also be added as per one’s choice.
3. Make this salad instant and serve immediately.
4. You can roast the sesame seeds in a microwave or in a pan.
